These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and the purchase of products from our Shopify store (the “Store”). By visiting our Store and/or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms.

You may browse the Store without creating an account.
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account.
We may suspend or close accounts if we reasonably suspect misuse, fraud, or breach of these Terms.

4) Products, descriptions & availability

We aim to display accurate product descriptions, ingredients, and images. However, colours/appearance may vary depending on lighting and screen settings.
Products may be limited and may be discontinued at any time.
We reserve the right to limit quantities per order, per person, or per address.

5) Prices, taxes & billing

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and may change without notice.
Where applicable, taxes (e.g., VAT) and shipping costs are shown at checkout.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information.
We may cancel or refuse orders if billing details appear incorrect, incomplete, or suspicious.

6) Orders & acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy. The order is accepted when we confirm dispatch (or otherwise confirm acceptance).
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where:
- The item is out of stock,
- Pricing or listing errors occurred,
- Fraud or unauthorised activity is suspected.
If we cancel after payment, you will be refunded.

7) Shipping & delivery

Delivery options, costs, and estimated times are shown at checkout.
Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Delays can occur due to carriers, weather, customs, or peak periods.
Risk in the goods passes to you when you (or a person you nominate) takes physical possession of the order, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
Our Shipping Policy also applies to your purchase and forms part of these Terms.

8) Returns, refunds & hygiene seal rule

Our Returns & Refund Policy forms part of these Terms. Key rule:

For a full refund, the product must be unopened, unused, with the original seal intact, and in perfect condition (no damage; fit for resale).
Items with broken seals or signs of use may be refused for hygiene and safety reasons.
For faulty/incorrect items, your UK legal rights apply.

UK/EU cancellation rights (sealed goods): If you are a UK/EU consumer, you generally have a legal right to cancel most online orders within 14 days. This right may not apply (or may be lost) for sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed. Where a hygiene/tamper seal is broken, we cannot accept a return for change of mind.

9) Promotions, gifts & discount codes

Discount codes cannot be combined unless stated.
Free gifts/promotional items must be returned with the qualifying order if you return it (where required by our returns policy). If not returned, we may deduct their value from the refund (where permitted by law).

10) Subscriptions

If we offer subscriptions in future:

You will see subscription terms at checkout.
You can cancel in accordance with the subscription terms displayed.

11) Product use, allergies & safety disclaimer

Our products are for external use only.
Patch test before first use. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.
Keep out of reach of children. Avoid contact with eyes.
Information on the Store is not medical advice and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

12) Prohibited uses

You agree not to use the Store:

We may terminate access for prohibited use.

The Store may rely on third-party services (including Shopify, payment providers, and carriers). We are not responsible for third-party websites or services you access via links.

15) Errors & corrections

We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions (including pricing and availability) and to cancel orders arising from such errors.

16) Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation).

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses (e.g., lost profits, business interruption).
Our total liability for any claim relating to your purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant product(s), except where the law requires otherwise.

17) Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold Rebel Palm harmless from claims, damages, and expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Store.

18) Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Store if you breach these Terms or if we reasonably believe your use presents risk to us, other customers, or third parties.

19) Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except where consumer law provides otherwise.
