Refund policy

REBEL PALM — Returns & Refund Policy (UK + EU)

Effective date: 2 January 2026
This Returns & Refund Policy applies to purchases made directly from Rebel Palm (the “Store”, “we”, “us”, “our”) in the United Kingdom and European Union (EU).

1) Your legal rights (UK + EU consumers)

Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights under applicable consumer law. If your item is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose, you have legal remedies, which may include a refund, repair, or replacement where applicable.

2) Change of mind returns (unopened, unused, sealed)

Because Rebel Palm products are cosmetics/skincare, for hygiene and safety reasons we only accept change-of-mind returns if the item is fully resalable.

To qualify for a full refund, the item must meet all of the following:

Unopened and unused
Original seal intact (tamper seal not broken)
No damage (including bottle/jar, cap, label, box, sleeve, pouch, or protective packaging)
In perfect condition and fit for resale
Returned with any free gifts or promotional items included in the order (if applicable)

If any of the above conditions are not met, the return may be refused and the item may be sent back to you.

3) UK/EU cancellation rights (sealed goods)

If you are a UK or EU consumer, you generally have a legal right to cancel most online orders within 14 days of delivery.

Important: This right may not apply (or may be lost) for sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed.
If a hygiene/tamper seal is broken, we cannot accept a return for change of mind.

4) Return window (change of mind / eligible cancellation)

To request a return/cancellation:

If your return is eligible:

You must send the item back within 14 days of telling us you want to return/cancel, and it must still meet the unopened/sealed conditions above.

5) How to request a return

Email mail@rebelpalm.co.uk with:

Your order number
Which item(s) you want to return
The reason (e.g., change of mind / cancellation)
Photos showing the item is sealed and undamaged (requested for verification)

We’ll reply with return instructions.

6) Return shipping costs

Change of mind / eligible cancellation: You pay return shipping. We recommend a tracked, insured service.
Faulty/incorrect item: We’ll cover reasonable return costs (or arrange a solution) once verified.

You are responsible for the item until it reaches us. If it is lost or damaged in transit, we may not be able to process the refund.

7) Refunds

If your return is approved, we will refund:

The price paid for the returned product(s)

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection and approval.

Shipping fees: Original shipping fees are not refundable for change-of-mind returns, except where required by law (for example, where the refund of the standard outbound delivery cost is required following a valid cancellation).

8) Items we can’t accept for return (non-fault)

We do not accept returns for:

Any item that has been opened, used, or tampered with
Any item with a broken seal
Any item that is not in perfect condition
Gift cards (if sold)
Items marked final sale (if applicable and clearly stated at checkout)

9) Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged in transit, please contact us as soon as possible (ideally within 48 hours of delivery) with your order number and clear photos of:

The outer packaging
Any inner packaging
The damaged item(s)

This helps us raise a claim with the carrier. This does not affect your statutory rights if a fault becomes apparent later.

If your item is faulty or incorrect, contact mail@rebelpalm.co.uk with your order number and details. We’ll assess and provide the appropriate remedy in line with applicable consumer law.

10) Exchanges

We don’t offer direct exchanges. If eligible, return the unopened item for a refund and place a new order.
